This hotel offers luxurious amenities and fulfilled all of my needs. the staff was attentive and went above and beyond, which enhanced my stay. the restaurant served delicious food with a wide range of options. the location was convenient and had easy access to all places.

There was a minor issue with cleanliness. the bedsheets and one towel provided were not as clean as I would have liked.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They provided ample parking space and the staff was friendly. the rooms were decently sized and well-furnished.

Our Easter stay was not as pleasant as we expected. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a play area for children and the food menu was not great.

During our city trip, we had an awesome stay experience at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. The food offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the key location of the hotel, which provided easy access to all places we wanted to visit.

The rooms had a sad and rundown feel to them, with some unpleasant odors. We also noticed some amenities that were missing, like a small play area for kids and a door curtain to make the room dark during the night.

This hotel's location is great, as it is close to nature and provides easy access to surrounding areas. Guests can also enjoy a picturesque view of Yagachi dam from just opposite the hotel. the staff is helpful and the rooms are comfortable.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the breakfast service being offered after 9:00 am.

During my recent stay at Kstdc Hotel Mayura Yagachi, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent staff. They were always there to assist me and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with ample parking space available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I must mention that the cleanliness of the rooms was a concern. Some of the ground floor rooms had a stinky and damp odor, which was quite unpleasant.
